I meet Rosario after a different realtor dropped the ball on a house that I drove 200 miles to see. Rosario communicated with me on a regular basis. Rosario is such an amazing realtor! She helped me and my husband buy our first home in 2019, we lived 2 hours away from Fresno but was always keeping us updated and would send us homes! Fast forward to 2021 she helped us sell that home and find our current home. Rosario is extremely helpful and very knowledgeable she also took all of the things we were looking for in a home into consideration that stayed with in our budget, a few of the many reasons we chose her as our relator. I wish I could put into words what Rosario has done for me. When I contacted her with an inquiry about getting preapproved, she immediately helped me through the process and never made me feel pressured. We did decide to use her for our purchase and it was one of the best choices I have ever made. She sat with me and asked thoughtful questions that helped her understand what I wanted vs needed in a home. She dedicated a whole Saturday to show me and my husband a perfectly curated selection of homes, and we were lucky enough to find the one. Through out the entire transaction she communicated openly with us about the process, and was so thoughtful and kind with any questions we had.
